Zappos

At Zappos.com, Lauren Randall redefined the Private Label Clothing division, rebuilding seven brands from scratch. Her leadership and strategic vision led to a 1100%+ revenue increase, surpassing goals by 211% and hitting high 7-figure earnings in year one. Her knack for forging over 100 manufacturing partnerships fueled product innovation tailored to Zappos' 'Best Customers'. For Zappos' first pop-up shop, Lauren masterminded the company’s “inventory-less” strategy and led all merchandising efforts of the 20,000 sq. ft space, achieving major PR wins and setting the tone for future retail experiences.
